A suite of integrated productized apps developed by Recipes for Success Information Technology Co. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Introduction

WASFA, its affiliates, and parent company, provide their services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. WASFA provides a digital platform and a service that is user centric.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that you use it at your own responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the data provided by other WASFA users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WASFA, its affiliates, and parent company are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

All users (Merchants, Suppliers, Service Providers) and customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide and the services or products they offer. WASFA shall not be held liable for any disputes, legal issues, or damages arising from the actions or omissions of business users.
Interactions Between Users
Any interactions, transactions, or agreements made between users (Merchants, Suppliers, Service Providers) and customers are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. WASFA is not a party to any agreements or transactions conducted on its platform and shall not be held liable for any disputes, misrepresentations, breaches of contract, or damages resulting from such interactions.
Service Quality and Delivery
WASFA does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products and services offered by business users on the platform. Any issues regarding the fulfillment of orders, delivery times, product quality, or service standards must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
3. Food and Beverage Services
Food Allergies and Special Dietary Needs
WASFA is not responsible for ensuring that food provided by merchants meets users' allergy or dietary requirements. WASFA shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of food delivered through the platform or recipes provided by other users.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between business users and customers, or between different business users, WASFA encourages the parties to resolve the issue amicably and in good faith. While WASFA may provide tools for communication and dispute resolution, it is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WASFA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, and suitability of its platform and services. WASFA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
